Mr. Kriss established East River Partners LLC in late 2010 and has been dedicated to the expansion and financing of real estate properties in New York, New York. Currently his company is focused on the development of eight residential projects in the Brooklyn and Manhattan neighborhoods with an aggregate cost of over $125 million.
